Welcome to PureBoosts ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Discord bot, website, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

PureBoosts provides a Discord bot service that allows users to enhance their Discord server experience through various features, including but not limited to server boosting functionality. Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice or liability.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our services.

To access certain features of our services, you may need to register for an account or connect through Discord's authentication system. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services or any systems or networks connected to our services

5. Discord Platform Policies

IMPORTANT: Our service operates as a third-party application on the Discord platform. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • PureBoosts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Discord Inc. in any way.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our service complies with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms.
  • PureBoosts is an independent service that interacts with Discord's API in accordance with their developer policies.
  • Our service does not manipulate Discord's systems in any unauthorized manner.
  • Any features provided by our service are implemented through legitimate means and do not exploit vulnerabilities or bypass security measures.
  • The boosting functionality provided by our service operates within the constraints of Discord's platform policies and does not involve any fraudulent or prohibited activities.

We reserve the right to modify our service at any time to maintain compliance with Discord's policies. If Discord changes its policies in a way that affects our service, we may need to alter or discontinue certain features without notice.

6. Payment Terms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

PUREBOOSTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PUREBOOSTS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PureBoosts, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PureBoosts operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our services.
